Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:  Individual Orders

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items
should be returned in their original packaging.  Before returning your product,
you must call customer service at 1-800-328-4929 or email us at orders@redchairpress.com.  You will be provided a Return Code which must be 
clearly shown on the return shipping label.

If you placed your order online or with a credit card, we will provide a refund after
we receive and process your return. Expect your refund to appearwithin 2 to 3 weeks. 
We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed
the returned item.

Defective Product

We will exchange at no additional charge any product that has a defect due to materials or workmanship. Please contact us at 1=800-328-4929 to make arrangements for returns.

Overages/Shortages

Claims regarding overages or shortages must be reported within 30 days of your order’s delivery. Multiple claims on a single order must be submitted at the same time for processing.
